How do I return an item?

Our goal at United Ag is to have 100% customer satisfaction. If you purchase an item, online or in the store, and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return it to our United Ag General Store location in El Campo,TX within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt. If the product appears to be used or if the packing is damaged then United Ag will not process the refund. Products returned after 30 days of the original purchase will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. When an item is returned United Ag will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product and tax applied to the original form of payment that was used for the purchase but shipping costs are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the product.

Defective Products
Please contact our shipping department to receive a Return Authorization number for defective products. Any items classified as defective will be determined on a case by case basis depending on manufacturer or distributor warranty. The United Ag General Store Manager may make the final decision regarding any defective or damaged products.

What type of products am I not allowed to return?
The following items are Never eligible for return. Examples of these types of products include but are not limited to:
*Animal health vaccine and dewormers
*Firearms and ammunition
*Food or perishable items
*Cut rope, chain, and hose
*Any pipe or pvc that is not in a full joint
*Damaged goods that are not covered under warranty
